This extension is now ready to be used remotely. More information can be found in the manual:
The Mobility extension is used to associate a mobile phone number with an extension. This mobile number then has the same status as this extension, such as: make internal calls, make outgoing calls (over the PBX), listen to voicemails, etc. When the user uses their mobile number to call the PBX, the PBX will treat it as if it were a local extension and a dial tone will be heard.Follow the steps below to configure the mobility extension;
Click “Settings” -> “PBX” -> “Extensions” and go to the extension page. Click on “Edit”.
On the “Basic” tab, a mobile phone number can be entered at “Mobile Number”.
3. Click on “Features” and go to the “Mobility Extension” settings. Once the mobility extension is activated, this mobile number will have the same status as this extension. It will ring simultaneously if there are calls via the queue or ring group. (Please activate the “Ring simultaneously” feature for this purpose).
Note:
1.If the Mobility extension dials an internal number, the internal number will be visible instead of the mobile number.
2.The Mobility extension cannot be used if the call back function is activated.
SIP forking is that one can register and operate multiple devices on the same extension at the same time. This can be done with up to 5 devices at the same time. Click on “Settings” -> “Add/Edit Extension” and adjust the number of Concurrent Registrations.
Conditions: Create and edit the configuration file according to your needs. The file format must be .cfg or .xml.
Note: The configurations and file name must meet the requirements of the IP phone manufacturers. Generally, the file name is the MAC address of the phone, e.g., 001565212512.cfg.
Step 1. Connect your phones and the PBX to the same local network. Step 2. Make sure your phones are ready for auto-provisioning.
PnP mode: Enable PnP if your IP phone supports the PnP function.
1) If your IP phone does not support PnP, enable DHCP.
2) Enable DHCP server on your PBX, set the TFTP address to the PBX IP address. Path: Settings > System > Security > Service Note: Make sure the PBX is the only DHCP server in your local network, otherwise the auto-provisioning would fail.
Yes. Follow the steps below to upgrade your phones.
1. Register your phones on the PBX via Auto Provisioning.
2. Go to Auto Provisioning > Firmware upgrade to upload the phone’s firmware file.
3. Reboot the phone to take effect.
Auto-Provisioning Note: Only the IP Phones that are auto-provisioned with the S-Series PBX support this upgrade.

Go to “Settings” -> “PBX” -> “Call Control” -> “AutoCLIP Routes” and open the AutoCLIP configuration page.
The fields for Autoclip:
Record Keep Time: how long each record in the Autoclip List will be kept.

No, a micro SD card is not required for one-touch recording. Audio is stored locally on the Yeastar PBX.
The Blacklist is used to filter numbers. If a number is on the Blacklist, the user cannot call the number or be called by the number. The numbers on the Whitelist can be called at any time.
Note: One can enter numbers and patterns in the Blacklist / Whitelist. An example: Suppose one wants to prevent calls to numbers starting with 0592, but the range 05925503301-05925503309 should remain available. One then puts “0592550330z” on the whitelist and “0592” on the blacklist. The Whitelist has a higher priority than the Blacklist.

Q3. Why should the default interface be selected if “Dual” is chosen in Ethernet mode?
If the Ethernet mode is set to “dual”, all network traffic goes over the default interface unless a “Static Route” is created.
1. Go to “Settings” -> “System” -> “User Permission”, click on Add on the User Permission page
2. Check the box for the permission you want to assign.
Go to “Settings” -> “PBX” -> “Recording”.
Here you can set what to do with internal calls: “Internal Calls Being Recorded Prompt” and what to do with public calls: “Outbound/Inbound Calls Being Recorded Prompt”.
Go to settings > event center > event settings.
The default IP address of the P Series VoIP PBX is 192.168.5.150.
The default user name and password of the administrator account in the P Series VoIP PBX is “admin” and “password”. For better security, we strongly recommend that you change the default password immediately at your first login.
go to “My Settings.” Change the password here, after you have logged into the Web interface
The user name is the extension number (e.g. “1000”) and the corresponding default password is “pass” followed by the extension number (in our example: “pass1000”). We recommend that you change the password of this user as soon as possible.
Go to “Extension and Trunk -> Extension -> click on Add”. Now on the Extension page you can change the password at “User Password”.
If you forget the password of a user/extension profile the administrator can change it (see Q5.) but if you forget the password of the original (first) administrator profile you cannot retrieve it anymore and to change it you will have to restore the pbx back to factory settings. you can do this by pressing and holding the reset button (this is behind a small hole on the pbx with the word reset underneath it) (for example with a paperclip) while you shut down the pbx and restart it.
NOTE: IF YOU RESET THE PBX, YOU MUST SET EVERYTHING AGAIN.
Go to “PBX Settings” -> “Preferences” and configure a new range at “Extension Preferences”.
Go to “Extension and Trunk” -> click on “Extension” -> click on Add -> click on Extension Type at the top and choose “FXS Extension”

The P Series VoIP PBX supports three Ethernet modes: Single, Dual and Bridge.Single: uses only the LAN port, the WAN port is disabled. Dual: both ports are used. But it is necessary to choose the default interface on network configuration page. Bridge: the LAN port will be used for the uplink connection. The WAN port will be used as a bridge for connection to a PC.
If the Ethernet mode is set to “dual”, all network traffic goes over the default interface unless a “Static Route” is created.
Go to “Extension and Trunk” -> “Extension Group” -> “Click Edit and adjust the rights of the group.
